SIL2 Redundant zweiCAB

zweiCAB. Like nothing ever before.

The zweiCAB is like an eiCAB, just at least twice as good. But not just that, it also adds 40GBit/s full duplex automatic SIL0 and SIL2 HotSync, and (safely) takes care of all the complexity: Splitting the screen, merging safe touch events, and even synchronizing the SIL0 and SIL2 application(s).
